About the business and the role

The whole world is going Digital.  It is the driving theme with every large organisation at an enterprise level.

 

Wanted a highly experienced Business Analyst to work as a Service Designer in the area of User Centred Design as part of a large organisations digital transformation.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the identification and prioritisation of the work that benefits users. Your key deliverable is to facilitate the embedding and building of service design capability in teams and provide the foundations to support them across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will demonstrate

  • Extensive experience in the design of digital services for large organisations and government
  • Demonstrable experience working in a User Centred Design environment
  • Experience across transformation programmes delivering lasting change within organisations that focuses on delivering value for end users
  • Experience working at the team, portfolio or programme level, to help organisations establish the right processes for designing and delivering services in an Agile way (including continuous integration and delivery)
  • Extensive experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard
  • Existing Baseline clearance a distinct advantage
