SiteTrak

Camera Operations within the Infringement Management and Enforcement Services in the Department of Justice and Regulation (DJR) and is responsible for the implementation of projects for the supply, installation, testing and maintenance of road safety camera systems at sites in metropolitan and regional Victoria. The DJR Camera Operations team currently keeps the following information in a number of disparate spread sheets (and SiteTrak) for fixed digital safety camera (FDSC) systems:

Fixed camera sites and their components;
Testing and maintenance schedules;
Test results;
Other operational data (including commercial and legal data).

Current processes are cumbersome and heavily reliant on manual cross-checking of data. The consequences of errors could compromise the entire FDSC system.

Strategic Executive Solutions was selected to provide the strategy, business and solutions architecture expertise for the SiteTrak review by the Department of Justice and Regulation because of our proven track record in assessing and scoping projects in challenging public sector environments.
